Low maintenance “heritage look” handrail

Share

Our project partner, Wagners, have developed a product that gives the appearance of timber railing on this heritage jetty project in Port Welshpool yet the railing requires virtually no maintenance.

Manufactured in Australia using Composite Fibre Technology ( CFT ), this product can be used as an environmentally friendly and stable material in place of timber or steel in a wide range of applications.

The CFT product used on the Port Welshpool jetty project is uniquely suited to withstand the harshest environments while providing a low maintenance, long life asset to the local community.

The CFT material is perfect for coastal, marine, and environmentally sensitive areas.

Benefits of Wagners CFT:

  • Low maintenance
  • Long life span
  • Will not rust, rot or corrode
  • Termite proof
  • Light weight
  • Quick and easy installation
  • Prefabrication and scheduled works delivery
  • Inert, environmentally stable material
  • Far more environmentally friendly than traditional materials
